ID: firstnameSTUDENTID#
PASSWORD: 999lastname

Click on the first prompt -
Memorable Childhood Event - and then write a 600-1,500-word response to that prompt.

Notice all the cool tools, such as graphic organizers and word banks, to help you brainstorm, draft, revise, edit and polish your essay. When you are ready to submit your essay for scoring, click "Submit" and "Final Submit."

After you get your score and detailed feedback, feel free to revise your essay again and again to improve your score. Aim for a 6 at a readability level of grade 12. Please note, however, that if you get a 5 at a readability level of lower than 12, you have still done a good job!

TURNITIN.COM

After you complete the myaccess process, set up a new account in
turnitin.com and cut and paste your essay so that it may be scanned for plagiarism. You must submit the same essay into myaccess as to turnitin.com, or you will not get credit.

To create an e-mail address at webstaclecourse.com, simply use your first name and first letter of your last name. For example, if your name is Bob Johnson, you would use bobj@webstaclecourse.com.
