MY ACCESS! Once in My Access: Username: firstnameSTUDENTID Password: 999lastname Things students will at some point click on: "Start" "Resume" "Submit" "Final Submit" "Click here to see how you can improve your essay!" "Error Summary Report" "Assignments" "My Tutor" "My Editor" "Reference" If no assignments appear for one or more of your students: Make sure the students are added to your class list. Selected students should then appear in the column on the left, which means they are now in your class. To add an assignment to your list: Go to "Groups and Assignments;" find the teacher's name; click on the desired class; click on "Assignments;" click on "Add Prompt." | If you can't get online, check the following: * Are the Ethernet cables plugged into hot ports? * Are the switches on the laptop carts turned to "Wireless?" * Are the laptops' blue lights on? If the answer to all the aforementioned is "yes," and you still can't get online, then try the following: Go to the bottom right toolbar and find the antenna. Right click and turn WLAN off. Then, find the single computer icon that just appeared. Left click and select "View Available Networks." Return to the antenna. Right click and turn WLAN on. Return to the Available Networks window and click "Refresh Network List." Then click on the desired cart. |
